The College of Engineering would like to invite all prospective students to participate in one of our many visitation programs. Whether you are looking for an immersive day long visit or just some more information, we have an option that will meet your needs!
High School Students: Daily Engineering Info Session
During the academic year, the College of Engineering offers information sessions to prospective high school students and their families. The session will cover our many engineering majors, opportunities available to engineering students, and the admissions process. Current engineering students will also be on hand to offer their student perspectives.
The information session is held Monday through Friday, and select Saturdays from 9am - 10am in the Engineering Building, Room 200. You can register for this session when you sign up for a Office of Admissions Campus Tour.
Transfer Students: Facts on Fridays
During the academic year, the College of Engineering offers information sessions to prospective transfer students. The session will cover our many engineering majors, opportunities available to engineering students, and the admissions process. Current engineering students will also be on hand to offer their student perspectives.
The information sessions are held periodically throughout the semester 1 p.m. to 1:50 p.m. in the Engineering Building, Room 200. Sessions are by appointment only. Please register here.
High school juniors & seniors as well as transfer students have the opportunity to see UA Engineering from a student's perspective. We can arrange for you to shadow a current engineering student to a class. This can be done in conjunction with an Office of Admissions Campus Tour or an Honors College Information Session.
If you would like to participate in a class shadow, register here. Please give us at least 10 days advance notice in order to plan your itinerary. These visits are available Monday through Friday during the academic year. Please note that Shadow visits are subject to student ambassador and class availability.
Engineering Preview Night in Phoenix
The College of Engineering Students and Staff hit the road and go to Phoenix to share what UA Engineering has to offer. Come join the College of Engineering at the U of A Phoenix Biomedical Campus for our next Engineering Preview night. We will be discussing the great opportunities at the University of Arizona College of Engineering. Besides a general overview, we will be doing breakout sessions for Newly Admitted Students, Prospective Students, and Parents. Suite with SWE
This program is designed for female high school juniors & seniors (SWE stands for Society of Women Engineers). It includes an overnight stay in a residence hall, family dinner, attending classes and getting acquainted with campus. This is a great opportunity to find out what its like to be a part of the UA Engineering community.

The Arizona Experience is a day long program offered by the Office of Admissions to provide you with all the information you need to find your home at the University of Arizona. The College of Engineering will host info sessions and tours during this program to give you a better understanding of the Engineering student lifestyle and the many opportunities to get involved on campus. You can register for this program through the Office of Admissions.
Engineering Design Day
This day showcases our engineering seniors and their capstone projects. Come hear their presentations and view their projects. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with these students. If you don't know what engineers do, this will help answer your questions. Check out the projects from past years on the Engineering Design Day page.
