You can help people in third world countries obtain clean water, find new ways to grow vegetables in less space, design micro air vehicles to help find terrorists, find ways to use algae for an alternative fuel, and design a program to help traffic move more efficiently.

The process of finding the right school and programs for you can be daunting. Here at UA Engineering, we're here to help you make that decision.

While you're in high school, your university search will intensify, and the more information you have at your disposal, the easier it will be to make a decision about college. You should consider:

• The classes you are taking in high school. Be sure to take:
  • four years of math (to prepare you for calculus) NEVER skip math your senior year!
  • chemistry
  • physics
• Reviewing our admission requirements
• Exploring engineering scholarships
• Checking out the options for visiting us on campus 
• Learning about your first engineering class, Engineering 102

• Staff in the Engineering Academic Center are here to help you with everything from finding academic forms to help with your homework 
• Students who meet the proper entrance requirements can find a great deal of help in the Honors College
