Once your account has been created you will receive a welcome email at you University of Arizona email address from MSDN Academic Alliance with your account information and further instructions.

To request an MSDN-AA account send an e-mail to engrsupport@email.arizona.edu with the following information:

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR UofA E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR MSDN -AA INFORMATION.
Your UofA e-mail address is used to identify you as a student of the university, create your user name and provide a means of correspondence between you and MSND-AA.
Do not expect to receive information concerning MSDN-AA through any other e-mail address.

YOUR USERNAME WILL BE YOUR COMPLETE UofA E-MAIL ADDRESS.

MSDN-AA In Depth
The MSDN Academic Alliance is an annual membership program for technical departments in the areas of computer science, engineering, and information systems. As a member, a department receives an MSDN-AA subscription that includes a Microsoft platform, servers, and developer tools software. This software may be installed on any number of departmental lab machines. The software must be used for instructional and research purposes; it may not be used to run the infrastructure of the department. In addition, the department’s faculty and students may check-out or download the software to install on their personal computers.
